At HARMONY COMMUNITY, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Items must be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., opened food or treats)

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Used grooming or hygiene products (for safety reasons)


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, flavor, or item? Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to item availability and the same return conditions above.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item sent

  • Damage during shipping

If that’s the case, we’ll cover return shipping and make it right as quickly as possible.
